At Feeders24, we strive to ensure that your industrial cooling and vending equipment reaches you safely. Below are our updated policies regarding shipping, cancellations, and returns.

1. Shipping Policy

• Inspection: Before accepting any shipment, please ensure the packaging is not damaged or tampered with. If you notice significant damage, please refuse delivery.

• Unboxing & Installation: For products requiring installation (e.g., Vending Machines, Water Coolers, Deep Freezers), customers are advised to follow the user manual or contact the brand’s local service center. Any damage caused by improper handling or incorrect installation by the customer will not be covered under the replacement policy.

• Damage Reporting: If any internal damage is found upon unboxing, it must be reported to info@feeders24.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the packaging and the product.

• Shipping Charges: Prices on the website are exclusive of shipping. Shipping charges will be extra at actuals unless specified otherwise.

• Timeline: Orders are typically shipped within 2 working days and delivered within 5 to 7 working days across our service network.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Timeframe: You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placement.

3. Return & Replacement Policy

• Eligibility: Requests for repair or replacement must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.

• Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be unused, unsoiled, and in its original brand packaging with all accessories and manuals.

  • Model, serial number, and MRP tags must be intact.

• Pick-up: We will arrange a pickup through our logistics partner. If pickup is not possible in your area, we will notify you to ship it via a reputed courier, and freight charges will be reimbursed upon verification.

4. Refund Policy

• Receipt-Based Refund: The refund process will be initiated within 2 working days only after the returned product is received at our facility and passes the quality verification check.

• Credit Timeline: Once initiated, the amount will be credited to your original payment mode (Bank Account, UPI, or Card) within 7 to 10 working days.

• Currency: All refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
